Joliet, IL - Deerbrook Care Centre is holding a food drive, beginning November 1st and lasting through November 20th. All donations will be given to the Northern Illinois Foodbank Headquarters, which is a part of Feeding Illinois. A collection bin has been set up in the lobby of Deerbrook Care Centre and we are accepting nonperishable food items (canned, boxed, dried, etc...)to help provide families in need, with food for this holiday season. Deerbrook Care Centre understands that during these tough economic times, it may be hard for many to make donations and we want to stress that no donation is too small or will go unused. | |
